The Oryx Small Salt, Pepper, Chilli Grinder Set with Coarse Salt Refill is the most cost-effective way to bring the full Oryx range into a smaller kitchen, a holiday cottage, a downsizer's flat or a welcome new-home gift. You get three small refillable ceramic grinders (Kalahari salt, Madagascan black pepper and chilli salt), plus an additional cotton-bag refill of coarse salt to keep the salt grinder topped up for months to come.
Oryx Desert Salt is a naturally organic, crystal-white gourmet salt from the Kalahari Desert, sun-dried with no additives or chemicals.
Each of the three grinders is built around the same long-lasting ceramic mechanism as the full-size range: no plastic grinding into your food, and significantly longer life than cheap steel mechanisms. The peppercorns are hand-picked from independent Madagascan co-operative farmers; the chilli component comes from Backyard Farms, a small partner supplier of Oryx; the salt is sun-dried from the Kalahari Desert underground brine lake. The reusable cotton bag is plastic-free and can be repurposed for storage or composted at end of life.
