Oryx Desert Salt is a naturally organic, crystal-white gourmet salt from the Kalahari Desert, sun-dried with no additives or chemicals. Harvested from a sustainable underground brine lake fed by subterranean streams flowing through 250-million-year-old Dwyka rock formations, the brine is pumped onto a salt pan and sun-dried under the African sun.
