The Dr Hisham's Dental Pack is the complete holistic oral care set, designed by holistic dentist Dr Hisham over twenty years of practice. The philosophy is straightforward: nourish the mouth with food-grade ingredients rather than strip it with detergents and abrasives, and trust the body to look after the rest.

The Dental Pack contains all four cornerstones of the routine. The Alkaline Mouth Rinse 500ml is used first, every time, to rinse and freshen the mouth before brushing. The Vital Teeth Serum 60g, the world's first prebiotic, alkaline, food-grade non-toothpaste, is then applied to the bio-bamboo Toothbrush for a gentle two-minute brush. The custom-designed bamboo brush features super-soft bristles to clean without abrasion, and the bamboo itself is non-fumigated and double-baked at 200°C. Finally, the Vital Mints, the world's first bio-mineral mint supplement, are taken throughout the day after meals or whenever brushing isn't possible.
