Laden with essential fatty acids from salmon and nuts/seeds, this recipe bolsters the health of your skin by aiding in the production of its natural oil barrier, resulting in a velvety, moisturised , plumper, and rejuvenated appearance. Lentils, being an excellent source of zinc, contribute to skin healing properties as well.
